JW and KellyCo... #1

While vacationing at Virginia Beach, I was complaining to Mike about how the Excal was giving me fits with all sorts of falsing at the waters edge and in wet sand. It also would act up for a while in dry sand until I hunted for about an hour with it each time. Anyway, Mike ran mine for a while and said something like, "Man, this thing is messed up. I wouldn't wish that thing on an Al Quieda."

Mike e-mailed JW to explain the problem and I called him the same day. JW checked with MineLab and they sent out a new detector right to the door of our vacation cottage! What terrific service! My vacation was saved! I can say that I have had nothing but good experiences with KellyCo since purchasing my Explorer SE last November and my Excalibur 1000 in June. They are #1 in my book!

I purchased a Whites Surf PI Pro off of eBay a little while back. I received it on a Thursday. When I got home and opened the box, I discovered that it was missing the center rod. I really wanted to take it out that weekend, but it wasn't going to happen without a center rod.

I called Wanda the next day (Friday) to see if they had a center rod in stock, but they didn't. I told her that I really wanted to go hunting on Saturday and she said I could come by and borrow the center rod from their rental unit until a new one came in!

Needless to say, I skipped out of work early that Friday and headed on over to KellyCo. The rod that was on their rental unit was in like-new condition, so we agreed that I'd just keep that one and she'd replace the one on the rental unit when stock came in.

They really seem to go out of their way to help us out, at least I know Wanda does. Thanks KellyCo!

I have dealt with these folk for many years, buying, perhaps four or five different detectors.

They have always been right there with service and/or advice. They're time tested and will always get my business. I will be buying a new excal in the near future and you can bet I'll buy it there.

The products are great, they are timely and they treat me nice always.

Wanda is a real gem. I've bought several things from her and I'VE ALWAYS GOTTEN TOP SHELF SERVICE. A couple of friends of mine have recently bought machines from her and loved her too.
