Kellyco (Discovery Electronics/ Treasure Baron) Cobra 2 Question

Some years back I bought a Cobra 2 from somebody on the forum and never used it much and forgot about it. It has been modified with 2 extra knobs on the upper part of control plate, my question is are they a ground balance and threshold? I understand this was a common modification for this detector.

Yes,you are correct. I really like using the Barons. I have a plastic box Millennium CoinTrax Baron with V2.2 microchip. Best detector to use around hothocks and usually doesn't get fooled by iron.
