Kinda funny

I was in a pawn shop the other day, and noticed a Radio Shack BH detector in the corner, and it had what looked to be a 6" coil on it. Out of curiosity, I asked the guy how much it was, and he said it was his personal machine, and wasn't for sale. So we started talking about digging, and he told me that the "cheap" RS machine would detect coins at 18". I just thought that was funny.
