Koss UR 30 speaker replacement

Hello all,
the KOSS UR 30's are a fairly comfortable phone but I wondered if anyone has ever replaced the speakers, i.e. upgraded them. What speakers did you use and are they still available, bearing in mind that I am a UK resident......I was thinking of using the speakers from a pair of blue XP backphones..... or is there a better choice?
