I recently trade for a used 3 year old GTI 2500 which need the mineralization chips added. I needed it right away for a trip to an area of fighting between the north and south, so I asked them to try to expedite the needed upgrades (and a repair my trade partner didn't mention), and they have done an amazing turnaround on it. It should be here in Lousiana by Monday. I don't ask for expedited service unless I REALLY need it, and they were able to meet and exceed my expectations. I can't wait to try it out in the all-metal mode. Thanks, everyone at Garretts.
 
I think everyone here will agree - Garrett customer service is number 1 and they will do everything possible to
keep you coming back again and again.
