Thought I'd share an experience with First Texas/Teknetics...
I recently sent Lisa's (shedigger) well used T2 in to re-solder some wires that I has messed up replacing the foam grip (don't try this at home) and have the weather proofing upgrade performed.
The communication I received from them was stellar, the machine came back in about 2 weeks and was full of BRAND NEW parts included at no cost to me. It functions and looks brand new!!! In and out for fifty bucks which included shipping. These guys really take care of their customers, I'll use them again with no hesitation.
