Hi all.
This weekend I did a lots of hunting and all in one TINY park that I have pass everyday to and from work. well Friday I desided to stop and do litle scoutting and BANG I hit the mother load of coins and trash too.
it took me all weekend to cleaned out an area of a bedroom size but at the end was worth.
this is now my secret hunting place, I will go back and continue with the rest of the park ( it is the size of 1/2 city block and it was privet property till last) month
my knees are eching and sorr because all the hunt was done in my knees and with my Etrac pinpointer (after I foun the spot about 12' 12')
so I found a lot of clud and some good keepers.
I just hope to find more like this on the same park because I still have a lot to cover.
total finds:
256 pennys
21 nickles
37 dimes
16 quarters
1921, 1930,1942, 1943, 1944,and 1967 weaties
1954 quarter
1941 S liberty dime
1 50 centavos 1940 republica portuguesa
1 1963 six PENCE
1 1936 10 CENTAVOS MEXICO
1 1956 10 CENTAVOS REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA
2 bottons
1 lighhouseman tocken
1 buffalo no date :)shrug:)
1 junk jewlery
1 nice liberty bell.
2 tockens

I think the best of all is that during the weekend we had a garge sale and had a lathe for sale and a marchant came and said that he had a metal detector that if I whant to trade for the lathe ( that it was for 100.00), so he came back today with a Withe's 6000 PRO SL that he purchase new and it was in his closet for the las 7 years. so I got exited (but not shoing my eximent) and got some batteries to tested and run like new.
so I got that 9 out of 10 6000 PRO SL with 2 AA battery packs and some paper work and the guy is going to look for the box and oprators manual.
so now I'm a proud owner of a 6000 PRO SL machine. this evening after I watched the VHS information took it out for a ride and worked just like new.

well It was intence but I will go back to cleaned all out.
thank's
Abel

Congratulations on the finds. Looks like an excellent spot to detect and also congratulations on the "new" detector! Thanks for the story and the pictures.
