Got out early to beat the heat - hit some schools. Dug a bunch of coins, silver ring, misc junk jewelry.

The ring is stamped 925 clearly but I think it was gold washed as you can see how it's wearing off. They do this washing and it's a lame plating kind of. The ear ring is not precious but sure sparkles.

I dug a $1.00 Mexican coin (top left), a 50 cent Mexican coin and the US quarter - all close together. These bi-metal coins are the only ones that are accepted in Mexico so I can cash them in. steve in so az

that you can cash them in AZ? Too hot there, I went water detecting for 2 hours this morning and almost froze to death!
 
to the gold exchange store and they give me US bux for them. Most banks will also. Nice here today - high of 98, cloudy, steve
