"Large" 19th Regiment infantry marching band Picture

This is a "Large" 19th Regiment infantry marching band Picture.It is aroung 16 by 20. It is a very old picture. Made on the thick cardboard type . Can anybody tell me anything about them. I know I have been putting alot of things in my collection. I hope no one minds.
 
Left half is missing? Keystone symbol ties it to Pennsylvania... About all I see except hatstyle reminds me of just before WW1..
