Large Cent & Silver Day!

Well I made my way over to my honey hole today for 2.5 hours. The managed to find another small area that hasn't been covered by 12" of fill. For a small area it sure panned out nicely.
My first good hit was a small little cache or pocket spill of silver. Not too old, but I'll take silver any day. Here's what I got out of one hole:
1941 Quarter
1942 Quarter
1942 Quarter
1938 Dime
2 1940 Dimes
Then I went on to find this 1910 dime...a little older.
Then the large cents started rolling in...and I mean ROLLING in.
-2 1903 Large Cents
-1 1904 Large Cent
-1 1909 Large Cent
-1 1915 Large Cent
-2 1917 Large Cents
-1 1919 Large Cent
Yes, a grand total of 8 Large Cents. My most in one day.
I also picked up 2 1932 pennies, a Toronto Transit Subway token, and a green gold ring *haha*
My best day in a while for sure. Thanks for looking.

Wess,
Been watching all your posts lately. You sure have been finding some nice stuff. I really like the snake buckle. Looks like you have one hell of a good spot! I have a quick question, if you don't mind. I recently found a silver plated platter that is marked King Edward Hotel, Toronto, Canada. Can you give me any info on it or the hotel. Sorry, can't post a photo.
Thanks, and keep finding all that great stuff.

but it could be worth a few bucks. The hotel has been in existance since 1903 and is still up and running...so it's been around over 100 years now. I believe it's a pretty upscale hotel. Cool find!
Thanks for the compliments. Yes, that snake buckle is probably my favourite find I have made to date. Wish I had the whole thing!
