Last 2 hunts---Merc hat trick, Quarter trifecta, and a small tribe:yo:

Was able to get out a couple more times in January thanks to some good weather. Although the trip on 1/17 was extremely cold with single digits wind chill, the ground was still soft and I managed to pull out 3 mercs and 3 injuns.

The next trip was a few days ago on 1/31. The day started out slow for me and it wasn't until about 2:30 that I found my first good coin. The next 4 hours was great netting me 2 mercs, a Washington, dated SLQ, and a Barber quarter for my first ever quarter trifecta and a couple of injuns too.

January was a great month overall and looking forward to my first February hunt.
