Last couple of woods hunts.

Finally hit a 3 Merry Widows condom container after several woods hunts and know I might be in an area for some older digs. Besides less then a buck in clad and Mem. cents and trash not shown, I did manage a few keepers. a 1975 dog tag, Mason's coin, some sort of U S Security emblem with John Henry Swanigan and a series of numbers on it, a 12.9 gram sterling Christmas Cross with initials and the date 12-25-92, 2 mercury dimes, 1919 and 1927 and a large item that looks like it is a bell of some kind. I put the smaller 6 1/2" coil on my LTD a couple days ago thinking it may be better for poking under low hanging brush and getting right up next to bushes and trees. 1 of the dimes and the dog tag came from tight spots that the 11" would have struggled getting into. The 6 1/2 doesn't cover a lot of terrain, but it does have its advantages. 1 of the dimes was just a foot or so off a path and was between 5 and 6" deep and the 6 1/2" coil hit it great. B P mode, sen 85, disc 0, 4h tones and g b of 64-67. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. HH jim tn

hope everyone out there had a great Thanksgiving and are able to get some swinging in. Elton, I now wish I hadn't posted the social security card, but until you mentioned what it was, I didn't know. CCH, yes, the sterling cross I'm sure was someones Christmas present back in 92. Rick, glad you are still able to get out and swing a little. HH everyone, jim tn
