Last Sunday's digs with a rare ugly buckle

CT Todd

Well-known member
Got out for a couple of hours to hunt a Hay field last weekend. I hit an odd shoe buckle from a working man. No silver or Brass here. This one is made of Iron. I've only gotten pieces of these in the past as they rot away as you might guess. I'm thinking of a little shock therapy for it. I also hit a KG no date and two saddle decorations plus the normal buttons.
Thanks for looking. Happy New Year

Nice finds and good to see you make in the Colonial era . . . . must have been out of your element either digging Roman relics in England or Civil War relics in Virgina :clapping:

Might have to change your tagline . . . . . "Dig Colonial and other Neat Stuff of Go Home"

Hope 2016 is a super year for you findwise . . . .

Yes Andy I may have to amend that a little bit. How about "Dig Colonial and other neat stuff or Go Home" That may work on a daily basis a little better.
These colonials can be tough to find some days. Be well Andy Have a Great New Year yourself.
