New member
I was able to get a little on each day (fri, sat, sun) and found one copper each time out. I also got a couple of buttons. check out the rusty buckle in the middle. I got a perfect hit on that with no null or # dance.
the coppers are a 1800 half cent. a king george I and a king george II. HH, Dan

Great looking assortment of interesting finds! Coppers like that would be extremely rare in my neck of the woods. That button(?) in the lower left is very interesting, as well as the two larger discs above it. Any idea of their origin and age?

Thanks for posting.

Cladiator, The two big buttons are colonial. I believe they were in fashion up til the early 1800's The silver disc is a religious medallion made out of aluminum. I am guessing on that one that it is from the 1920's based on the car that is on the other side. It gave a 12-42 # and when I first dug it I thought it was a hammered coin.
