Well it has taken me quite awhile to create this little monster. It's a waterproof Shadow X-5. I used a TB upper shaft and a Fisher White Fiberglass lower shaft. I spray painted the coil white so it would be easier to see underwater. I was going to paint it bright yellow but Scott has already used that color on his mods so I opted for Fire Engine Red <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="

"> So far so good!!!! Batteries are internal AAA 800mah NIMH's rechargeable through the waterproof headphone connector so there is no need to enter the detector housing for anything unless something goes wrong.
