Learning about Geocaching and treasurehunt

Hey everyone. I see that a lot of friends use garmin when exploring. My question is for those who use their vehicles when treasure hunting or what not. I am looking to use a vehicle tracking system so that I can explore further throughout my state. I was looking at the Coyote EOB from track your truck that I can use in my car. I would like to hear if others are using a vehicle tracker.
