Li ion build imfo.

I built some new li ion packs with these for my whites xl pro and just wanted to know if I run them to low will I ruin them or are they protected. and will just shut off, at a certain low voltage'.
not sure of what it says on the page, I know there are protected but not sure of low voltage protection. thank you.
