Got out early and hit some sites for about 4 hours. Dug 185 coins, a car, little silver & gold, misc jewelry.

The ear ring is stamped sterling and the ring is stamped 14 K. The Mexican coin is a half dollar. Dug so much junk that I had to empty my pouch twice. Beautiful weather - 84 degrees. Steve in so az

:thumbup:Now that is what I am talking about 185 coins and two pouches of trash. I have dug that much trash , but not that many coins. Congratulations good hunt for sure.

tomorrow to finish the area. Probably about 1 1/2 hours left but this is a site that could hold some more gold - if I'm lucky. Steve

Nice haul for the day and hope you find more nice goodies! I liked this time of the year for :detecting: as it is cooler and the soil is moisture......a nice combination! We've been having Indian Summer but I've not been able to get out and do yard work or anything! My shrubs have needed trimming all summer! 85 degrees is hot here if there is high humidity with it! Glad it is cooler for you in AZ!
:) God Bless! Betty

the soil is very hard & dry. No real rainfall since June. This hobby sure does take a toll on us older folks :) Steve

Yes, it sure does or it has me! Don't overdo or you might be in my shape, eventually....But sure hope not! I really hurt and haven't went to get my prescrips filled as yet. Just don't feel like getting out but I have to go to bank and get some more money transferred into my checking acct. The one IRA is going down fast! I do thank Jesus that I do have some money as yet, or I would be up a creek without a paddle as the old saying goes! God Bless! Betty
