Little bit 'o silver

I hit a 1950's yard for a few min today. The two little girls that live there were so interested, they made it hard for me to swing the detector lol! I gave them each a "lucky penny" that they watched me dig. I found the silver dime with 3 pennies, its a tad ugly haha!I prefer older yards, but I'm running out of yards in this town! I'll try this yard again when I can concentrate a little better...I'm hoping there will be my first Walker in there somewhere.

Nice saves. I did the same thing with 4 kids that came up to me. Gave each a penny that they watched me dig. Unfortunately they got greedy and asked for every target that followed. I politely told them "No, I am sorry but i have to get a little for my hard work of digging" they seemed to understand.

This hobby is a MAGNET to kids! And almost 99% of the little "curtain climbers" are great and a joy to have around! The jr high Tweens are a pain in my backside! And I was a pain at that age too! Great finds and h/h
