:jump: Hiya bud,not done a lot of detecting this summer,we've had a loooooong dry spell and I know from past experience that deeper targets will be missed in dry soil,and,as I tend not to go back over old ground,I prefer to wait for shorter grass and humid soil

Here's an old barrel key,probably made of bronze,that I found under stubble on a field of recently cut wheat,I havn't dated or done any research on it yet so any info would be good,as you can see it's a bit mangled by the plough! :unsure:

Lovely little 10 Soldi,Napoleon 1st,1814,Milan mint,found yesterday afternoon on the bankside of a local dam,silver obviously.
 
Great finds, a 100 year old coin from the area I live in is a good find. I
