Littlest Ring I Ever Seen

Found at schoolyard:

USN silver charm ring made Crest Craft. They specialize in military jewelry. Also, an enameled macaw pin. The ring made a barely readable signal in the low 70s VDI, at 6 inches. I almost passed over it thinking I was hearing things.

Size 7 1/2 ring on left for comparison [attachment 232096 ringcharmSRES03.jpg]

That is pretty small...I most likely would have been scratching my head for 5 minutes before digging...

HH,

Good catch, HRZ! I have to constantly remind myself to dig those iffy signals, especially when hunting trashy areas 'cause sometimes there's a nice surprise down there!

I found several really small silver rings at the local lake. I thought they were kid's rings until someone told me they were toe rings. Toe rings? Who woulda' thunk it? Onus
