When dwelling on what happened in the past will get us depressed and sad to the point that we might not see what God is doing for us in our lives now! We can try to remember the past, so we won't repeat the bad stuff we might have done, but not dwell on it, as we cannot change one iota of the past, but we can live today and serve the Lord to better ourselves and others' lives by seeking Jesus and obeying and serving Him willingly, while worshiping God in Spirit and in Truth! May we all be God's true and faithful servants! Amen! :angel: Ma Betty
