Back says Swank and all I could tell. What is the best way to clean. came up as a penny on meter.

probably not old cause swank is a modern name.As far as cleaning it you can just try water and soap with a light scrubing with a toothbrush.I douth that it will get any cleaner than what it is now.It was probably a gold colored piece of medal before the gold wore off.
