Check out the video of a couple super cool finds, Civil War Bayonet. Notice the depth as well. The Minelab GPX 5000 regularly pulls targets this deep in the worst ground conditions. It is impressive to say the least. I can make anyone a AWESOME deal on one. Contact me for details!

Because it is the best detector on the market today.

I saw a video, which I can't find, of a fellow opening a hut in 'good' soil with the GPX 5000. The item he originally read that cause him to dig was 30" in the ground.

I've been looking for it (I hate getting old). It was in mild soil. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it.

I think he found a lantern so you might look for that. I don't remember if I saw it on the spot or just a random YouTube.

Old age again.

Found it! http://www.mytreasurespot.com/main/read.php?3,528701,528701#msg-528701

I've dug targets @ those depths and more.

And nuggets that are 1/10 of a gram and less.
