Looking for large coil options....

Hi guys, looking for a good depth large coil option. I want to stay 12, 13 range. Maybe14”. But I think 15 is just to large. I want it for the GT, and if it’s good I will get one for my ETrac also. What ar you guys using. Thanks , GS

I have used the Sun Ray S-12, (Sold it) Detech SEF 10x12 and the Detech 13" Ultimate. Used the 13 at the beach and on large areas like football fields. All three worked well but I decided that I liked the sef 10x12 best. Cant say that it is any better than the others but it does a good job for me. In trashier areas I go with the standard 10 inch coil.

After using the 21x17 inch SEF coil I think the 12x15 inch coil may work well. This 21x17 inch coil is very sensitive even on dimes but just too heavy and bulky for most users. Maybe someone can chime in that has used the 12x15 SEF coil. HH Ron
