Bounty Hunter Did Not purchase Fisher Research Labs, First Texas Holding Company did. They own First Texas Co., who in turn owns Bounty Hunter, and Teknitics.
It would appear that Fisher,
and Bounty Hunter 
are sister company's now. 
Need to be careful here, First Texas is big enough to purchase Whites, and send them to KMart.
