lost one of my favorite early finds

Found this on my property in Pittsford NY some years back and I think I found it with a fisher F5-so that had be awhile ago.
I just traded for another fisher F5-don't know why but I just like it.
This was attached to a piece of Woden pole probably from a sales tent for from a carnival tent.
It says July 3 1936-must have been for the fort of July event.
Lost it and can't find it.
Makes me mad
