lost part of number on screen?? Help

While out today part of the certain numbers on my screen is missing!! I'm sure this will need to be sent back to Mine lab!! Is this problem expensive to get fixed and where do I have to send it?? I bought this used so I'm sure that there is no warranty left!!
 
You can call minelab and they will tell you by the serial number if it has any warranty left.
 
Just a thought: You might try a reset to factory?
