Lost wedding band found

Elton

New member
My Neighbor while working around his pool lost his Gold and Platinum Wedding ring.

He asked if I could try and find it around his pool grass area. He said he was cleaning the pool and moved some items to the grass area, and noticed his ring was gone about two hours later. He thought he might have lost it then as his hands were wet and slippery.

Good news.Sens at 20 Discrmination at 0 in about 10 minutes..His ring was found.. I might add not in the area he thought he lost it. About 10 feet further back in his yard..

The T2.LTD performed flawlessly and hit the ring hard..

Needless to say..He is a very happy man....

Good job my friend. Know your neighbor was a happy camper....and lucky to have a detector swinger next door. :beers: HH jim tn

Nice going Elton! :thumbup:Taking your time to help someone else is telling. Detector's will also find lost glasses if they have metal rims.

Great job brother, I think you have made a friend for life .If folks put their phone# on the inside of rings more would be returned instead of crap like "I Love You Snooky"Yet It usually benefits me!None the less.... WTG! GL &HH!!!

Yea my very first metal detector and very first hunt i walked over the dunes at p'cola beach and turned my radio shack/bounty hunter 202 i belive? on..Look to about the 11:00 position and a couple have a sand flea rake and are raking a square area in the dry sand, not hunt'in sand fleas!
They see me call me over explain they lost her engagement ring and his and her wedding bands when they got up and left without getting the rings off the sheet and lost them.I searched the area,nothing..Then asked which way they went when the left, bingo as i followed there path and found all 3 rings..My first finds..
I hope people like that will remember us when the city or counties/states want to pass laws against metal detectorist..Oh the machine went nuts after that, returned it to radio shack that day and went to a m.d shop and spent $1095.00 for a cz-20,back in 93-94..:fisher: still have it.

Congrats Elton
