A storm moved through here the last 2 days leaving some snow on the mountains nearby - 9600 ft level. So today I slept in and started digging the first of 3 sites about 8 am, had my jacket off by 10.
Here's the coins and junk I dug at the first site - lots of nickels.
And here's the junk & coins from the second site. I won't bore you with the third, looks the same.
And here's the total take for the day, a little over 200 coins I guess. Plus a few jewelry pieces & 2 wheaties.
Lastly, here's the jewelry. The ring is so much like silver I cannot believe it's not - acid test showed it not tho. The fish pendant is silver, quite heavy. And the cross is not precious metal. What a great day - early bed time tonight ! Steve in so az
