low gain verses high gain

On the F75

I'm looking for information to verify what I've found using these two settings.

Settings:
sensitivity 29 "low gain setting"
disc 5

What happens to the low gain settings if you drop the discrimination to 0?

Now observe the pinpoint mode when in either the low gain and disc at 5 verses low gain and disc 0?

Do you think that dropping disc to 0 counter acts the low gain setting?

I am not quite sure what you are talking about, but your low and high gain settings are set by your disc, not sensitivity.

I can't remember exactly what the numbers are, but I think disc 7-18 are low gain and disc 0-6 and 19-99 are high gain.

Somone correct me if I am wrong.

Are we talking F75 orF75LTD.......ltd manual says sensitivity 1-29 low gain.... 30-99 high gain ...page 19.....I don't know anthing about the f75......hh....Dan
