Low tide spin yields GOLD!!!!!!!:clapping:

8:11pm low tide -0.3 with 25-35 mph south wind, and I mean straight out of the south. Terry hit the "piggy bank" and picked up quite a few clad and lead. I was picking up some clad a little south of Terry when I started nulling on iron a little higher in the wet sand. I noticed the iron was in a fairly straight line, and said to myself "Self, if the surf dropped the iron along this line, maybe you should slow down and see if there is any gold!" So I did and there was!!!!!!!!! Looks like it was resized to a smaller finger and no markings of any kind. Feels a little light, but hey, it's still YELLER ..... Larry (The Palm Bay Pirate)

Very nice one Larry! You don't think it is aluminum light do ya? A ring that size would probably weigh 5-10Gs. Stick it on a digital scale and lets see whatcha got mate!

That sort of thing happens to me a lot of the time and it generally pays dividends just like it did for you. Nice Yeller Ticket.

Cheers,

BDA:cool:

GH, I'll get it over to Terry's and weigh it up. It's not aluminum light, but it just doesn't quite feel right. I'm thinking maybe 10k:shrug:
