Lower AT Pro Rod -- ???????

Dream Catcher

New member
It's about 9 days till I take delivery on the AT Pro. It's still raining out here in the Pacific Northwest but since the pro is waterproof-- no worries. Do any of you folks use the rod stabilizer sold on one of the big auction sites? Is it worth the $$ or necessary? What do you know?

Yep Willy -- Once in a great while.

no need its not sloppy :detecting:

I'm not going to use them, I looked at them online but as wltdiz said..."No need to its not sloppy" I am going to save some bucks for the 6X9 DD coil.

Dream Catcher: Lower rods on mine are ok, I did get the Garrett Gizzmo to extend the arm cuff and improve the balance of the detector, well worth the price. Steve

Some guys are wrapping tape around the lower rod to build it up on places to make them fit a little tighter ......I built a straight shaft for mine ......Jim
