Ltd's first run

Well actually the second time if you include my yard hunt. Got permission for an older abandoned home, which turned out to be a grange hall. Found my first Washington silver, which I thought was kind of funny, but cool. I have found a couple barber's, and a standing liberty, but never a Washington, til now, lol. I also picked up one clad dime, and an early wheat. Not to mention a handful of shotgun shells and .22 cal. Shells/bullets. And a bunch of junk.... Wasnt too bad considering the owner said it had been hunted often. 2f ended up being my go to, but i couldnt help but to run in bp mode........and 99 sens.........and 4 disc.........lol.. I told myself to stay in de mode for a couple of days, but it didn't happen. Still not sure about the shorter report of the F75, but i can see its benefits in trash! Two things i definitely need to purchase are a shovel and a pinpointer. You don't know how much you use a pinpointer until you are without one. As for the shovel, the quarter was an easy 11 inches.... it is a 43 btw.

Thanks for the tips on the tones, guys!

Btw, I took the picture with everything on the ceiling....lol.... stupid tablet...

Nice. BP 99 jump right into the deep end!!!!! Triple 2f I find the best for iron and high trash areas. Next out try je. 2f. 80 disc 6. Might find it favorable. 11in Washington. Nice. Best of luck. HH. Tom

Nice find.. Your on your way and will never look back unless your looking at past finds !!!

[attachment 272747 20130821_2212113.jpg] ( Cropped and rotated your pic )

Nice work indeed, except for the photo rotate! I thought you might live in one of those mystery spots that has no gravity!
Mud

Are those old lantern parts?? the piece that's hanging off the quarter and the piece bottom, center ceiling.

Thanks Elton for saving everyone's necks....lol. I've been using a tablet as my desktop has died. So my pic quality and cropping abilities have suffered...

Steve, yes, old lantern parts. The main pieces were about 15' apart and two inches past the handle of my Lesche (depth wise)... yet another reason for a shovel. It's nice to see that I'm getting great depth with this detector, but my hands are sore....

Nice relics and silver
