I want to know if anybody out there has heard of a C&G Technologies, Lynx model ? If so, would you mind selling it ? I had one 40 years ago. Found so much with it. It's a backpacker model. The Bobcat model was one up. Vlf/Tr discrim... The top model was a hand held Wildcat.. I heard they sold to Tesoro many years ago.. They used Co-axial coils that could get up next to steel fences and telephone poles.. Worked real well in the trash as you could figure..

Lots of Wildcats show up on eBay, a couple of Bobcats, never seen a Lynx on eBay. C&G folded and Jack Gifford (the "G") founded Tesoro.

The Lynx show up now and then, don't think they were as popular. As they were the lowest price model without any of the features of the others.
I had one when they first came out, wasn't to impressed with the performance at the time and went back to the White's detectors. Small compact back packable feature was a great concept at the time.
