M6 coils

Since I kinda put metal detecting on the back burner, I sold my most used detector but am keeping my M6 for occasional hunts and lostmystuff hunts if needed. Since the M6 was my backup detector it just has the stock concentric coil and I have always done better with DD coils. Previously when I had a MXT Pro, I used 6x8 and 10x12 SEF coils and liked them both. If you were buying just 1 extra coil, which would you buy?

I would go with the 8x6 sef.

I second the small SEF.

The SEF8x6 coil as others have said is a quality piece of kit.

8X6 I loved that coil  on my MXT when I had it. I just ordered another 8x6 to go with my new M6 that is on the way as I type.

Happy Hunting,
Bill G
