Mac Interface, Will We Get It?

Hi Everyone, I havent posted in a while because I recently was married and was traveling with my wife. One thing that I am surprised about is that we still have not been able to get a mac interface for the E-trac. I have been using E-Trac manager on a PC so far but I don't understand why there doesn't seem to be anyone working on a mac compatible program so that the E-Trac can expand its boundaries further. Does anyone know of someone who is working on this and is it even possible? I really wish Minelab would see that they are missing out on quite a market by not making the ET compatible with mac, but there must be a simple way to develop a program that is compatible with it for mac. If anyone knows of anything relating to this, I would love to hear about it. Thanks and HH -Marc

It is a free download to install "boot camp" on your mac, and then put a windows OS on a partition so that you can still use your mac for the Etrac. I had to do that to a Mac just to sync an iphone without having to upgrade Mac OS. Less than ideal solution for you but at least wouldn't be dependent on a pc.
