Its a nice looking case and certainly will protect the Deus,but you dont seem to mention a price compaired with the XP Deus case and also i am thinking it would be so much larger than the original case,i did take a look at one but did not fancy putting a dirty detector back into a nice clean case,of course if you do alot of travelling on say planes then of course these types of hard cases are the ideal thing.
Just my personal opinion,but for every day use going detecting and coming home again these hardcases seem to be overkill.
