Wheaties. Most from the 50's but one appears older with wear with crud on the date area. Haven't cleaned it yet. Got two old military buttons. Don't have my book but believe they are pre-WW1. One is a large coat button and the other about the size of a nickel and could be a cuff button.
Heading south Sunday back to Arky Land to make the trip west with my friend. Hoping to stop at one of my favorite places to detect on the way down. It will be the first time I've been there since my late friend Bob was with me. We always found some jewelry there along with 30 to 40 bux in clad between us. Have to wait and see what the weather is like. Good luck to those who make it out.

Glad you had some luck Mike. Wheats are always good to find and great indicators of silver. Most cuff buttons seem to be smaller so as to button easier it seems. But let us know when you get it ID'd. Safe trip, Steve in so az

Be careful on the road. Find some good ones!

don't know of anywhere that has that kind of money waiting. That would be a LOT of digging.

God Bless! Good Luck and may our Lord keep you safe while traveling and :detecting: I wanted to clean out the flower beds today, but still lookiing like rain! Will need a scythe to cut the grass and weeds soon, with all the rain and running, I haven't been able to mow and the lawn is sure getting thick and tall! Oh well, sooner or later it will get done one way or another! :) Betty
