Made it out today....got a new 'first'

An old field gave up some Wheaties (27, 45 and 1950 - my birth year).

Found a couple Memorial pennies and a nickel...a 1944 P War Nickel (the P is over Monticello). My first war nickel!

Can't complain when you retrieve your first War Nickel. Usually, after finding the first one, then others will start appearing more often. Good to see you make it out and make some finds. Good Luck and HH on your next outing.
