Man am I tired!!!........

Can hardly type! Here is my day so far! Got up at 6:50 took the pup out then fed and watered her. Came in and got my youngest ready for school, and myself ready to go to town. Got the little one on the bus, and then two packages ready to ship. drove down to the elderly neighbors to get two bills and his money to go pay them for him. Left for the Dr's office to meet my wife to hear results of some tests she had done. News was no bad news! Praise the Lord! Then off to the store to pick up some things for my mom. Ring ring! This is mom, can you pick me up about a dozen more things! UMM SURE!
An hour later I am on the road again and stopped real quick for lunch. Then it was off to GFS to pick up a big batch of cookie dough for my wife. Next stop pay one of the neighbors bills, then across town to pay the other one. Next stop the credit union, then head out of town to the post office. Next stop mom's to drop off her stuff then help her move a box springs and mattress. Then drive over to the church to pick up a food box for the neighbor and then over to his house to drop off food and his bill reciepts. Next thing I get home and then baked 100 sugar cookies for church tonight. The wife had to leave to take our daughter to town.
Now it is 3:30 and I get to rest a bit because I will be at church at 5:30 to take a pile of kids caroling! WHEEEW!!!!! I am wore out!

I went detecting, went to lunch with wife, met the fence guy to have him fix my fence next week, going out to steak house this eve for my late birthday bash & home to watch the San Antonio Spurs beat the Bucks ! Steve in so az

Well ... my day wasn't anything like either of you but it was a busy one none the less. Ended my day by going to the chiropractor to solve the issue of sciatic pain going down my left leg. After a hot bath, a few minutes hanging upside down on my machine and an ice pack, I'm feeling a lot better. Friday morning the Cat Scan procedure takes place and Monday morning I'm back to my leukemia doctor to get the results of the Cat Scan. Sometimes I just wish Jesus would come back to take us all home to be with Him. Wouldn't that be nice?

Well, me son, they say there is no rest for the wicked... Just kidding you certainly are serving Jesus by helping your wife, your mom and your neighbors....more than I could do at my age now! Have fun caroling and that part of Christmas is a blessing to so many people...the ones who sing and the ones who hear! I remember working at the St. John's Mercy Hospital during Christmas Season and at nights and was able to see the carolers dressed for Christmas and got to hear them sing, as they made their rounds near the area where I worked! All of this brings back so many memories of days gone by!

What did I do today? Well after going to sleep after 5:00 am and sleeping until about 11:00 am, I got up and called the dr's office and made a new appt as I forgot the one I had yesterday....I took covers and sheets off my bed, washed two loads of clothes...folded them after drying and carried the clothes basket with folded clothes up the stairs by sitting them on the steps one at a time and then walking up behind until I got to the top and into my Family Room....cooked some meat and veggies in my Electric Skillet, so have a roast to eat on tomorow, checked the CMD Forum once and now again and also my email! Talked on the phone twice...put the trash out for pick-up in the morning, got mail from box and put a bill in box for tomorrow's mailman and then sorted through and read mail... a collection of 3 days worth! Still snow and some ice in front of garage door and on front porch, but could get out okay and walked carefully back and forth and weather not as cold as I thought! I was going to take a shower and wash my hair, but it got too late and I need time for my long hair to dry....with my bronchitis coughing and allergy sneezing, I don't need to add to it by going to bed with my hair still wet or damp! Sooo that was my day and not nearly as stressing as yours...but you young whipper snappers are still full of vigor and can take a lot before tiring out....which I do just going up and down stairs!
