Man, what a pizza...

after getting back late from Praise Team practice we had a very delicious pizza. Great price too 3 for $9.

OK that was the great part. Now for the not so good part. Slept in my chair for awhile...knowing I couldn;t lie down or have reflux. Finally crawled into bed around 1:30. Had a dream....weird...the world was coming to an end and Matthew Perry (from FRIENDS) needed help...of course I did. Told ya weird. Dream was interrupted by reflux so back to the recliner. Then between 3:30 and 5:30 5 or 6 trips into the bathroom.

OK let's get back to the great pizza...maybe for lunch or supper but NOT a late evening meal.

I don't even watch FRIENDS. Enough rambling.

I have learned never to eat much after about 8 pm. or i get the same troubles.I ,also, have never watched the Friends show so dont know him. Steve in so az

late as the acid in maters really hurts my stomach and that burning in a person's throat isn't any fun for sure! YUCK! YUCK! That is the reason I try not to eat before going detecting or doing any work that causes me to bend over! The consequences are terrible, if I do! Blessings from God for much needed rest!
