Manticore Clear Screen Protector Installation

Any tips on installing the supplied clear screen protectors for the Manticore. Seems difficult to not get at least a few tiny bubbles. Has anyone tried installing the protector using some water or soapy water to see if that helps the installation?
 
My fix. Cleaned the original screen REALLY well. Then had my wife install the screen protector. She has better eyesight, dexterity and patience. I believe this “experience” is from applying nail polish, fake nails, mascara and all the other products women install on their bodies. Besides if it looked like crap I could blame her. But it didn’t. She did a great job.
