I found a school in the center of town yesterday, its an old one, and there was plenty o clad awaiting to be stabbed.
1 JFK half, 31 Q's, 20 D's, 6 N's, 48 P's one of which was a 1944 wheat about 1" deep...
106 coins and a token...11.03... 3.5 hrs Couple of stacks and spills.
Lotsa junk targets, running the low sens program that I usually run, BUT, there were some deeper interesting signals that I couldn't stab, and did'nt dig...
I'm thinking there is some old silver here, and digging wont be a problem..maybe next weekend?
Really nice weather...

Once again, a lot of targets. Good job! That center of town school sounds like it probably does have some silver. Give me a yell if you need some help..........when the temp hits at lest 65. HH jim tn

sounds like some virgin ground at that school, you really slammed it should be some gold and silver there waiting for you :beers:

Theres a trick to this school...you have to hunt it Sunday morning. There is a church across the street, that way a fellow stays somewhat safe.
I think theres gotta be some gold there too Timmysys, I was keying on it, trying to hunt smart, hunting the edges of the sidewalks where the teachers entrance is, snowpiles, stabbing lots of little foil and nickle signals etc. but none today. Hey Os and EZ, It took me a while to find the lane, and then discovered several. I stood at the back door of the school, and swept straight out to the road, then at the two diagonals across the field, where the kids would "cut the corner" so to speak. I left a lot of targets there, mainly pennys, I hope!
Jim, you would have no trouble at all here with the little coil and your skills sniffing through the trash...I just knew with all the Q's there, Id find a half. First half of the year. Its amazing how much loot a guy can get with just a screwdriver. Sure is good to be back in the dirt!
