Mark 1 LTD coil question

Hello folks,
I have a Mk 1 LTD with the stock 7" coil. It works perfectly fine but I would like to ad a 10" coil. I know the old Whites and old Teknetics Hot Head coils are hard to come by. Will the newer Bounty Hunter 6.7 htz coils work ? BTW still is the funnest machine I own ! Thanks for the help !

Know the older bounty hunter coils would work but just plugged straight in. Not sure if they have changed anything since we used the small nugget coils when the Mark One was new and in its hayday. I agree,one of my all time favorites

Larry some of the new coils most likely work but may a little pin rearranging. A friend tried a few bounty hunter coils but they got nowhere near the performance of the original Tek 7" coil or any other coil made by Tek at that time. The 10" white coil made by Tek is one of their best. Great pinpointing and awesome depth. Hope this helps.
