If you are searching in a tight pattern for all your coins some times
if you get coins lying on top of each other they will mask out.If you search in all metal as i do with an open pattern coins on top of each other such as 5 cent on top of 10 cent=17. 5 cent on 20 cent.=21.5 cent 10 cent on 20 cent=28. 5 cent 10 cent 20 cent on 50=33. 20 cent on 10 cent =28. 10 cent on 20 cent =26. $1 on 50 cent=33.$2 on $1=36. $1 on $2 =36. This is using 5cent=11. 10 cent= 15. 20 cent=20. 50 cent=28. $2=34. $1=35. If you are in a tight pattern and 50 cents is on top of a dollar you will not get a signal. And so goes for all other coins on top of each other. There is one area that i go to constantly and went back to this same patch which i thought was cleaned out after some heavy rain recently and found another $29.00.
