My area has been placed under a winter storm warning AGAIN for tonight, beginning at 9pm until noon on Monday. National Weather Service warning says possible 2-4 inches, or more. The bad news with this system is a story that is very familiar to us, and the one that causes us the most problems down here. It's supposed to rain most of the afternoon and evening and then start freezing before it turns to snow. That's when our roads and powerlines ice over and knocks us for a loop. Waiting on the local news to come on this morning to see how much they REALLY expect and to see where they have the lines drawn for accumulation amounts. 2 snows, in two days???? For US???? Hmmmmm.... Will be interesting to see if it pans out or not.

I bet a lot of folks are doing that. Drive safe down there ya hear!

Oh yeah I forgot. We seen your frosty you made, how about you making a angle like Travis' daughter? :)

Well you finally got it and then some . Looks like GOD heard you , I hope you do not get the ice though. The only good thing about ice is you can go really fast on a sled . Have fun and keep safe. And we want to see a snow angel.

Yeah, we are supposed to get 5 to 8 more inches of that stuff. I think Al Gore gets the point now God, so please stop the snow.

Lisa...watch out for the ice I've never drove my wrangler in ice yet 4x4 should be a good thang....God Bless......Dan

Hi Lisa, I hope you don't get the freezing rain and then snow, as it sure can make the trees ice covered and the roads dangerous! We got some more last night, but not a whole lot....just a little whiter, but been falling most of the afternoon with some sleet and is even more whiter outdoors! Beautiful, but don't know how much has fallen! May you get the soft, white stuff you wanted but I think, if you do get some more, that is enough to last you until next winter! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Nah, we're not the stocking up type. If we don't already have our "milk and bread" we don't run out and buy it just because it's supposed to snow... unless we really NEED bread. We don't drink milk so we don't usually have much of it on hand anyway.

As for the snow angel, I posted on Facebook Friday that I had been out making snow angels, but for some reason, mine had horns...... I can assure you that you don't want to see pictures of ME making snow angels!

Hahaha! IF we get any more snow, I guess I can find the Christmas tree angel and stick her out there in the snow.

I've had my Wranglers on ice before and they did just fine. We've had multiple 4x4's on hand at our house for as long as I can remember. Always a good thing to have for a number of reasons.

The rain has just NOW started to come down hard. They still have us under a winter storm warning and are predicting the possibility of up to 3 inches of snow toward morning. It's gonna have to do some quick changing if THAT comes to pass. It's been in the mid to upper 40's most all day (44 right now), and the rain/snow doesn't look all that impressive on the radar. Guess we'll see........ Could be that they miss it again, which wouldn't be unusual for us.
