Me and God

But I'm sure I will soon! :)

yes - have heard it. Not bad ... but the theology isn't all that good.

God should always have top billing even if it were a matter of grammar in the American language.

BTW Mike, maybe I missed ya before or something but hadn't wished you a Welcome to the forum..glad to have you here with us..how's things out in Kansas? Detecting yet?

Looks like you are new here. I hope you stop by often and enjoy the family here at the CMD forum. God bless!

I totally agree. It should be God and me. But it gets folks asking questions. I think it might be used as a catalyst for someone, or us to take the next step. Although it isn't scriptural, at least some secular stations are mentioning God. I pray it might be an opportunity to open the door to folks.

Hi Robb ...

You are correct it does get people asking questions. I live close to the OK border (live in KS ...) and a station in Enid plays this all the time. They also play other songs that cross over - and those also get people asking questions. I like these stations - it puts all songs out there and hopefully after someone hears the "party" type song they will then hear one of these and start to question.

My original "name" was ezgb59a ...

Figured I ought to change it to make it more "people frineldy".

This is one of the better sites I've come across.

Warthog ... if you want a song for church look up the Brooks and Dunn song "Believe" ... at least I think that is the title.

this plays on the local station ... excellent. About there being more to life than what we see.
