Mentioned to a church member the 'motorcycle' situation...

Pete in MI

New member
she wants to buy it. I want to ride it. Guess I should just sell it 'as parts' in one big lump so I don't have to fight trying to get the title for it. Let her deal with all that and make Sherry happy at the same time.

I did so want to feel the wind in my face again...guess I'll just get a hurricane fan, put on my leather coat, helmet and gloves and sit in my recliner...at least I won't get bugs in my teeth from being a 'happy biker'.

Thinking back I wonder why we drove all the way to Indiana to buy a motorcycle, trailered it all the way back up here, let it sit for a couple years til now ...

I'm just letting off steam.

mount the handle bars on your steering wheel, and take the windshield out of the van and you will get all the bugs and wind you need! :)

Well, :pete, the best laid plans of mice and men go astray! You have had a lot of trials to go through and this one with your mother-in-law! So, like me, it is just too difficult to get the want to when you have so much on your mind and the old body isn't working like it should either! Let the woman repair it and use it if she can! The Lord will provide you another one that runs with a title should He know that you truly need one......otherwise say, Lord thank you for the motorcycle and though I didn't do my part, I know there is something better for me when it's time for me to have it! Remember, Father knows best and He sure does!

God Bless!
Betty
