Let's hope the economy improves this new year. I've seen too many people I know lose their job and I'm not working right now either. Unless the major city I live near lowers taxes, cuts red tape, and stops treating businesses like the enemy I don't see much hope for my area. They've all moved a few counties south or to a new state.

How's that for Christmas spirit? Think I'll throw a copy of The Grinch into my VCR.
